The purpose of the Balboa Village Business Improvement District (B.I.D.) is to promote an economic and social environment which stimulates professional and profitable business activities for it's members.  The Balboa Village B.I.D. takes into consideration the residential character of the Balboa Village, while attempting to promote tourism and capitalize on the uniqueness of both the Balboa Village and the Balboa Peninsula.  Through its members, the objectives of the Balboa Village B.I.D. are to solve common problems, support goodwill among residents, visitors, and businesses, as well as to attract quality business and clientele to the Balboa Village.
